- NURS 113 – Pract Nurs Matern/Newborn/Peds (4)
- Prerequisites: BIOL 100, BIOL 203, or BIOL 204, NURS 110, and NURS 111 with a minimum grade of C+. Corequisites: NURS 112 and NURS 114. This course builds on the safe nursing care learned in Semester 1 courses applied to Practical Nursing care of maternal/newborn and pediatric patients. Application of maternal/newborn and pediatric nursing care and clinical judgment occurs in the theory classroom and the clinical setting.
